Having been a partner and director for 34 years at Lipins Partners, Stuart now acts in a consulting capacity, contributing his invaluable knowledge and expertise. Working closely with his loyal clients, some of who have with the firm since its inception, Stuart continues to focus on their financial needs and provides great personal service, focusing on management accounting and consulting, shadow finance director roles, and manufacturing, retail and service industries.

With over 15 years of Business Services experience, Sophie brings an energetic, passionate and professional approach to business and taxation services.  She takes a genuine interest in her clients and is committed to helping them achieve their business objectives.

Sophie is experienced in all aspects of management accounting, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, finance applications and management reporting; Business purchases and sales, including setting up new businesses; business and succession planning with family-owned businesses; Taxation planning and structuring.

When Sophie isn’t in the office, she can be found gardening, painting or camping with her family and two young kids.

Stephanie is very passionate about all things Super! She has worked in the accounting industry for 12 years, 10 of which have been solely focused on the SMSF space. Steph has worked at Lipins Partners for over 4 years and strives to deliver the best possible outcome for her clients.

When not at work, Steph loves spending time with her family and is an avid Essendon supporter.

With over 25 years’ experience, Christina has grown within Lipins Partners from a junior to senior accountant. She prides herself on building excellent client relationships and strives on building success though all phases of her clients needs from business, tax planning and investment.

In her downtime she is spending time with her young family and enjoys travelling.

Jessie has over 10 years of experience in both public practice and corporate accounting. She has provided businesses services for clients in a range of industries, such as manufacturing, wholesaling, retail, medical, transportation and professional services.

She has extensive experience in the life cycle of businesses, including their needs for structuring, processes, taxation planning and compliance. She prides herself on building excellent client relationships and maintaining a high degree of integrity.

Jessie is passionate about understanding your business. She particularly finds solving complex tax issues rewarding.

Outside of work, Jessie loves adventures with food and travelling as well as the vibrant art scene of the city.

Emel has been with Lipins Partners for over six years supporting business and individual clients in all aspects of accounting and tax compliance.

Working collaboratively as part of a team, Emel is committed to providing excellent client service by ensuring that their business needs are resolved promptly and efficiently. She is motivated knowing that her work can have a direct and positive impact for our clients.

Outside of work, Emel enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, cooking and travelling.

With over 8 years of Business Services experience, Hiranthi is passionate about providing the best service possible for her client’s business and taxation needs.

She enjoys working with a range of individuals and small business clients in various roles, including preparing financial accountants for companies, trusts and partnerships, as well as completing tax returns and business activity statements.

Outside work, Hiranthi enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and playing sports.

Eric has over 15 years of working in public practice and his career has seen him develop a diverse skill set providing tax, accounting and business advice to small and medium sized entities.

Eric has a passion for all areas of business with a keen interest in tax planning, financial reporting, business structures, and digital technology and has a wealth of experience in assisting business owners in areas of compliance, management accounting, restructuring, and their business succession and growth.

With his attention to detail and lateral thinking, Eric is dedicated to ensuring clients are fully aware of their options and the intricacies of their individual situations so that they can make well informed decisions about their business.

With almost 10 years of experience, Samantha brings an innovative and energetic approach to business services at Lipins Partners. She is committed to ensuring all clients reach their best possible tax outcomes.

Samantha is a highly motivated and driven individual who strives to ensure accuracy in all your accounting and tax needs. She has extensive experience in preparing accurate and timely financial reports for sole traders, trusts and companies.

Outside of work Samantha enjoys watching footy and travelling.

With previous auditing experience from Big four firm and one to two years in taxation, Claudia brings a detail-oriented and diligent approach to client engagements. Passionate about delivering accurate and reliable results, Claudia is committed to helping clients navigate complex financial and tax matters efficiently. She focuses on streamlining processes to enhance work efficiency and is always eager to understand clients’ businesses in depth.

Outside of work, Claudia enjoys exploring new restaurants, experimenting with cooking, capturing moments through photography, and spending time with her partner and two beloved cats.

Lakmali has over 10 years of experience in the field of accounting and taxation. She is passionate about providing optimum contribution for her client’s business and taxation needs.  She enjoys working in various roles, including preparing financial accounts for companies, trusts, partnerships, and self-managed super funds, and completing tax returns and business activity statements.

Outside of work, Lakmali’s interests include spending time with family and friends as well as travelling.

Nuwan is our all-rounder who contributes to our Superannuation, Bookkeeping and Administration teams. He has eight years of experience in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing. He has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance. The creativeness and problem-solving skills are a valued addition to his already many qualifications that contribute to every aspect of his work.

Outside of work, Nuwan loves to spend time with his family and friends as well as travelling to new places.

Kasun has over 4 years of experience working a commercial accountant of an export-oriented company. He also has 2 years of auditing experience in a top auditing firm. He graduated from university in 2017 with a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in accounting, finance, and taxation.

Outside of work, Kasun enjoys learning new skills and doing sports.

More than 9 years working experience in Accounting, Finance and Auditing including 4 years excellency performance of taxation in Sri Lanka. She is able to coordinate with clients and identify their needs.

Currently she is studying at ICBT campus Sri Lanka under Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom.

She is interested in Stitch dresses and making handmade gift items as a part of her “SR smart creations” sole proprietor business.

Cass takes care of administrative tasks and internal operations. She is also in charge for all marketing for Lipins Partners. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Business (Management) at the University of South Australia.

Outside of work, she loves to catch up with her friends, spend time with her partner and family as well as doing Pilates on a regular basis.
