Noel is a general all-round professional supporting clients with a depth of expertise across his diverse client portfolio.  His areas of expertise include Taxation, Management Consulting, Estate Planning and Superannuation. Noel joined the firm in 1988 and became a director in 1999.

With over 15 years of Business Services experience, Sophie brings an energetic, passionate and professional approach to business and taxation services.  She takes a genuine interest in her clients and is committed to helping them achieve their business objectives.

Sophie is experienced in all aspects of management accounting, budgets, cash-flow forecasts, finance applications and management reporting; Business purchases and sales, including setting up new businesses; business and succession planning with family-owned businesses; Taxation planning and structuring.

When Sophie isn’t in the office, she can be found gardening, painting or camping with her family and two young kids.

With over 17 years of Business Services experience, Sarah is passionate about building client relationships and providing the best service possible for her client’s business and taxation needs. 

Sarah started at Lipins Partners in August 2016 as a Senior Accountant and has grown in her role to Manager. She takes an active role in training and supporting other team members and enjoys seeing each person grow.

Sarah is experienced in many areas of business services from establishing new companies, working with clients to grow their business and consulting with business sales. Sarah’s other areas of expertise include tax planning, cashflow forecasting, budget preparation, finance applications and re-structuring.

Outside of work, Sarah is a busy mum of two young boys. She loves to spend the weekends going out to new places with her family and young kids.

Stephanie is deeply passionate about all things Super! 

She has over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, with the past 13 years dedicated exclusively to the SMSF space. Steph has been part of the Lipins Partners team for more than seven years and is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for her clients.

When she’s not at work, Steph enjoys spending time with her two young children and getting creative with various craft projects. She’s also a proud and loyal Essendon supporter.
